EXHIBITION CHARACTERISTICS:
For the Construction Market of the Volga Region and the Republic of Tatarstan where the World Summer Universiade 2013 organization is held, VOLGASTROYEXPO exhibition is a significant event, one of the largest exhibitions, which exposition covers all spheres of a construction complex and will be presented in 3 pavilions and in the open grounds. Open exposition space is over 3000 sq.m., total exposition area is 5000 sq.m. The number of exhibitors is 500 companies from 72 towns of Russia and representatives companies from 21 countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Italy, China, Korea, Latvia, Poland, The USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Swiss. Since 2003 the Exhibition is marked with the label of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), in 2008 it was approved by the Global Association of Exhibition Industry (UFI).
THE AIMS OF THE EXHIBITION:
Establishment of business contacts between manufacturers and suppliers of the building technique, equipment, goods, service and customers of the given production;
Negotiations concerning development perspectives and actual problems of domestic and foreign building market;
Consolidation of state efforts, public organizations, building enterprises of Russia in the sphere of building complex development support.

Automation in the sphere of housing construction and exploitation;

IN THE PROGRAM OF THE EXHIBITION:
• The Competition “The Best Exhibition Product” which in order to increase the status of the exhibition is held before the beginning of the exhibition. Awards for the winners of the competition will be presented at the state opening of the exhibition;
• Scientifically-practical conference concerning actual questions of technical regulating of buildings and constructions safety, supported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;
• Business negotiations of the leading authorities of the sector: Russian Union of Builders (Moscow, Russia), Association of Builders of Russia (Moscow, Russia), the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, (Kazan, Russia);
• Thematic seminars round tables, presentations, technique and equipment demonstrations organized by the participants of the exhibition.
RESULTS OF VOLGASTROYEXPO 2011
During an official opening, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Envarovich Fajzullin noticed that isn't an occasion but fact of such a massive and spectacular exhibition takes place in Tatarstan, the Republic of Tatarstan always aimed to establish new contacts, investments, projects. In the opening and work of the exhibition participated the following representatives: representatives of the Committee of RSPP for technical Regulation and Conformity Assessment, Department of technical regulation of National association of the self-adjustable organizations (NOSTROY), Associations of Builders of Russia, the Russian Union of Builders, Union of Builders of the Railways, Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan. Within the limits of the exhibition scientifically-practical conference “Technical regulation and self-regulation in a building complex: practical aspects and problems, the Expanded session of the Republic Interdepartmental Commission on Development of Nanotechnology Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning applience of nanotechnologies in building industry, the All-Russia congress of heads of the building materials industry enterprises takes place. Besides, within 4 days of exhibition work, the companies-participants organized 9 thematic seminars. In total exhibition has visited more than 12 000 persons, among which experts of building branch, and also heads and experts of the large building companies, representatives of small and average business, individual businessmen, from such areas as Moscow, Leningrad, Nizhniy Novgorod, Kirov, Kaluga, Vladimir, Rostov, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Tula, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, from Republics: Bashkortostan, Buryatiya, Mary El, Mordovia, Udmurtiya, Chuvashiya, etc., and also inhabitants of Tatarstan.

Equipped – 280 EURO/sq.m. (including a standard set of equipment when an exhibition space of more than 4 sq.m. is rented).
Unequipped – 260 EURO/sq.m.
Open exhibition space – 95 EURO/sq.m..

“Kazanskaya Yarmarka” Open Joint Stock Company is one of the biggest and dynamically developing exhibition centers of Russia, it is the member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF) and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) in Paris. Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is the first and unique exhibition center in the Russian Federation, which the management system is certificated to meet the ISO 9001-2008 International Quality standard. On the territory of the exhibition center there are 3 pavilions which total area is 6700 square meters, VIP class pavilion of receptions and presentations, business center. Total square of the territory of the exhibition center is 12,1 hectares.
