XVI INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIZED EXHIBITION VOLGASTOYEXPO
- It is a key event for the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and Russia. It is one of the largest and most spectacular trade shows of Russia and the Volga Region.
- It is a good opportunity to get a complete overview of the construction market of Kazan, Tatarstan and Russia as a whole within 4 days.
- It is a unique ground for meetings, communication and establishing new contacts for the construction experts.
- Since 2003 the exhibition has borne the symbol of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).
- In 2010 the event was approved by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).

TATARSTAN – one of the most dynamically developing and perspective regions in Russia.
Within implementation of the housing national project, in the country and in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also in anticipation of 27th Summer Universiade-2013 that is to be held in Kazan, social, cultural and sports facilities are being built, largest projects in sphere of industrial building are implemented.
VOLGASTROYEXPO EXHIBITION
- The exposition of the exhibition will be presented in 4 pavilions, exhibition area more than 5 000 sq. m.!
- Open-air exhibition space is more than 3000 sq. m.!
- The total number of exhibitors is more than 400 companies from Kazan, Tatarstan, 40 cities of Russia, and also from near abroad and foreign countries.
BUSINESS PROGRAM
- Research/practice conference “Technical Regulation of Building Security. Experience of Self-Regulating Organizations within the Framework of Customs Union”. Organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Enterpreneurs.
- Conventions on topical issues of the building complex are planned to be help under support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Such established trade unions are expected to take part in the business program: Russian Union of Builders (Moscow), Russian Builders Association (Moscow), Association of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Building Thermophysics Engineers (AVOC Non-Commercial Partnership, Moscow)
- The Best Product of the Exhibition Contest. The results are evaluated by the expert committee whose members are experts from trade departments and ministries of the Republic.
- Exhibitors hold thematic conferences, seminars, round tables, presentations, machinery and equipment shows.
RESULTS OF VOLGASTROYEXPO 2010
The exposition was presented in 3 pavilions and open grounds of the exhibition center. The total exhibition space was more than 4 591 sq.m.
The exhibition was attended by 9240 visitors among whom 86% are specialists of the construction industry (according to the audit data), and also heads and experts of large building companies, representatives of medium and small-sized business, individual entrepreneurs, citizens and guests of Tatarstan.
EXHIBITION CENTER
Kazanskaya Yarmarka JSC is one of the largest and dynamically developing exhibition centers of Russia. Kazanskaya Yarmarka JSC is a member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), and the Global Association of Exhibition Industry (UFI).
Kazanskaya Yarmarka JSC is an ideal place for holding exhibitions, the only ground in the Republic of Tatarstan that allows to demonstrate exhibits on the area of more than 20 000 sq. m. On the territory of the exhibition center there are 3 Exhibition Pavilions with the total area of 6700 sq. m., a Pavilion for Receptions and VIP-presentations and a Business Center. The high level of technical outfit of the complex allows to demonstrate any type of exhibits including large ones. The total area of the exhibition complex is 12,1 hectares.
The management system of Kazanskaya Yarmarka JSC is certificated to meet the ISO 9001-2008 International Quality standard.
PARTICIPATION COST (INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES)
Registration fee – 410 EURO
Exhibition space in a pavilion:
Equipped – 270 EURO/sq.m. (including a standard set of equipment when an exhibition space of more than 4 sq.m. is rented).
Unequipped – 250 EURO/sq.m.
Open exhibition space – 95 EURO/sq.m..
