The exposition of the exhibition was presented in 4 pavilions, open grounds of the exhibition center. The total exposition space amounted to 7 336 sq.m.

493 companies from the Republic of Tatarstan, 33 cities of Russia: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Chelyabinsk, Saratov, Ufa,  Perm,  Samara, Ryazan, Cheboksari, Ulyanovsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Yoshkar-Ola, Tolyatti, Novorossiysk, Kursk, Barnaul, Rostov-on-Don, Belgorod and many others; 17 foreign companies and representative offices from Great Britain, Denmark, Spain,  Italy, Canada, Luxemburg,  Latvia, Slovakia, USA, Sweden, Finland, France, Japan.

        For the second time in the framework of the VOLGASTROYEXPO exhibition the Turkel Fair Organization (Turkey) presented a collective exposition. 36 companies – producers of construction industry of the Republic of Turkey demonstrated the samples of their production.

The exhibition was attended by 9240 people among which are – 86% specialists of construction branch (according to the audit statistics), and also the heads and experts of large building companies, the representatives of medium and small-scale business, individual entrepreneurs, citizens and guests of Tatarstan.       

The program of the exhibition included the Expertise in Construction 2008 2^nd All-Russian Conference organized by the ROSSTROY Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and the Department of State Independent Expertise for Building and Architecture of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as the Session of the Concreters of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation, thematic seminars, round tables, presentations, demonstrations of machinery and equipment.

Within the framework of the exhibition the Best Product of the Exhibition Contest was held. The contest outcome was judged by the Expert Commission consisting of authorities on the subject of branch ministries and departments of the Republic.
